Wigs

I actually only own two wigs, but they are amazing! Both of mine are synthetic wigs, meaning they're made of fibers and not real human hair. Synthetic wigs can be heat resistant or not. If they're not no styling tools using heat (Blow-dryers, strainers, curlers, or anything else) can not be used because the fibers will melt together.  Regular products for human hair can't be used on synthetic wigs. Special products are required to take care of the wigs, but they are much easier to maintain than human hair wigs.

My first wig was for my Toradora cosplay, Taiga. I didn't really have experience styling wigs (and I really still don't) so it wasn't as full or as styled as it should have been. I bought it at a little wig shop, in my little town.

Now my second wig I bought online and haven't actually worn it just yet. It will be for my Ariel costume for Halloween. It's super long reaching past my waist. It's 100 cm in length, which means it's going to take a lot of work to take care of once I start wearing it. I'll be teasing the bottom (which I'll have to be very careful about, because it isn't recommended to tease longer wigs).
